VERSION HISTORY - Database changes v2.2 to v3.1.1

ACANOTION help desk software is a Microsoft
windows desktop software package that allows you to log
support calls and jobs for anything ranging from help desks to
problem tracking with products and services. |
The following changes should be made to your
existing database to enable you to successfully upgrade to Version
3.1.1. These instructions are provided to upgrade from Version 2.2.0
to Version 3.1.1. If you have any other version, you should contact
our support team for further assistance.
Before making any changes, we recommend that you
make a backup of your current database first. You will also require
a new registration code for the new version - please contact our
sales team for this information before the upgrade to your database
commences.

in, called "ReminderDateTime".

- Set no default value. IE- remove the zero from default
value.

| You should also
copy the queries from the v3.1.1 DB and paste them into your
v2.2 DB. This will replace the current ones you have. The
queries you will be copying and replacing are:
- ACANOTION_GetClientJobHistory
- ACANOTION_JobList
- ACANOTION_ReportGeneratorAssets
- ACANOTION_ReportGeneratorJobs
